Both work. Same-day appointments are available seven days a week, and we accept walk-ins whenever we're available, but booking ahead through the appointment form guarantees a specific time and let us prepare for your document type in advance.
We provide fully mobile Notary Public and Apostille services. We meet you at your home, workplace, or another convenient location across our service area, whatever works best for your schedule.

Notarization is a Notary Public witnessing a signature or certifying a copy for use within Canada. An Apostille goes a step further: it's a certificate confirming that notarization is genuine, so the document is accepted in Hague Convention countries abroad. Many international documents need both, in sequence.
A Commissioner of Oaths can administer oaths and take affidavits and declarations, but cannot certify true copies of documents or perform the full range of notarial acts. A Notary Public can do everything a Commissioner of Oaths does, plus certify true copies and authenticate documents for use outside Canada. Every Notary Public we work with is also authorized to act as a Commissioner of Oaths, so one appointment covers both.
Ask directly, and check for yourself. In Ontario, most Notaries Public are also lawyers or paralegals licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, and you can verify anyone's licence status through the Law Society's public directory at lso.ca. Muhammad Ashraf's credentials as a Licensed Paralegal, Commissioner for Oaths & Notary Public can be verified the same way.
A valid, government-issued photo ID for every signer, and the unsigned document if it requires witnessing. Some documents must be signed in front of the notary public rather than beforehand. Let us know your document type when you book and we'll confirm exactly what's needed.
Wherever is most practical for you: your home, workplace, a hospital or care facility, an airport, a school or university, a boardroom, a hotel, or another public location. If you need us at an unusual location or time, just mention it when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
Standard processing is typically a few business days once your documents are submitted; rush processing can be arranged on request. Timelines depend on the destination country and document type, so we'll give you a specific estimate during your consultation.

Yes. We regularly work with Canadians overseas who need a document notarized or Apostilled without flying home. Documents can often be reviewed and signed remotely or through a local notarial officer, then couriered to us to complete the Apostille process; get in touch and we'll walk you through the options for your situation.
Yes. We work with law firms, brokerages, and other businesses that need multiple documents or signers handled at once, including on-site visits to your office. Volume rates are available; contact us to discuss your regular volume and we'll put together a rate.
