HOW IT WORKS

The Notary Public process, step by step

Four stages, from booking to a signed and sealed document.

01

Book your appointment

Tell us what document you need notarized, witnessed, or copied, and pick a same-day, walk-in, or scheduled mobile appointment.

02

Bring valid ID & your document

Signers must attend in person with valid government-issued photo ID and the unsigned document, or the original for certified copies.

03

Sign, witness & seal

We verify identity, witness the signature or administer the oath, and apply the notarial seal and certificate.

04

Ready to use

Your notarized document is ready immediately. If it also needs an Apostille, we can route it straight into that process.

HOW IT WORKS

The Apostille process, step by step

Six stages, from your first call to the certified document back in your hands.

01

Consultation & review

Call or email us with a description of your documents. We confirm they're eligible for Apostille and flag anything that needs notarizing, translating, or copying first.

02

Document submission

Meet us at a same-day or scheduled mobile appointment anywhere across our service area, or send your documents by courier from anywhere in Canada.

03

Preparation

We handle any notarization, certified translation, or true-copy work your documents need before they can be certified.

04

Government processing

We submit your documents to Ontario's Official Documents Services and track them through to completion.

05

Collection

Certified documents are typically retrieved within two to three business days; rush processing is available on request.

06

Final delivery

Pick up your documents in person or have them couriered securely. We can email scanned copies first so you can act on them immediately.
